Security measures in times of covid?
Groups are maximum 10 people so that the distance of 1.5m can be respected when we are outside. When we enter stores, we all put on our mouth masks. The guide always has disinfectant. There is also disinfectant at all stops.

What happens to my registration and payment in case of a lockdown?
Your registration remains valid. You can choose to: (1) move your registration to a new date, (2) convert it to a gift voucher, (3) use it for an online workshop of your choice. Mail to hello@mixua.be to inform us of your choice.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my participation in the Eco Lifestyle Tour?
Yes, that's possible! If you cancel (more than) a week in advance, you can choose to get a full refund or join the next tour. If you cancel less than a week in advance, we cannot refund you, but you can participate on the next date of your choice or you can use it for our online workshops. You can cancel by simply writing to: hello@mixua.be . If you write to us, please indicate which option you prefer.

How long does the Eco Lifestyle Tour last?
The Tour lasts approximately three hours. This always depends on the rhythm of the group.

Do I have to bring anything on the Eco Lifestyle Tour?
You don't need anything special for the Tour, just your good vibes. We recommend that you put on comfortable shoes for walking. Feel free to bring your photo camera to record your discoveries.

Can I make a reservation for a group, for example for a birthday party or other special occasion?
Yes! There are only two conditions: (1) The group size is maximum 10 people, (2) we ask that you let us know at least a week in advance. To book for a group, contact: hello@mixua.be

Tours are organized in Dutch, English and French. You can find the language with the dates on the booking page .

Can I leave the Tour earlier?
Hell yes. Please note that in this case we cannot refund for the part that you cannot be there.
